NFL Color Challenge

imagesCAN0YJKU

Hi Gang,

My beloved Colts lost yesterday, but I still love my team. That’s why when Brandi contacted me about doing a blog hop using our favorite NFL team’s colors, I said “sign me up!” What a fun idea for a challenge. Just because we are girls, and we craft, doesn’t mean that we can’t like football, right?!

When I was deciding what to make, I thought, Christmas tags… While this may not be too surprising considering that I've been making a bunch of tags recently, I still need tags. All the tags I’ve made recently have been for other people, so we need some for Christmas gifts.

Here’s what I came up with:

nflcolors2

nflscolors4

nflcolors3

I hope you like. Next up on the hop, is Kelly, Mrs. Lawn Fawn. Speaking of Lawn Fawn, there’s a bunch of Lawn Fawn fun in these tags. I used Lawn Fawn’s Frosties, Cozy Christmas and Teeny Tiny Backdrops. If you’d like to start at the beginning, go back to Brandi’s blog.

Thanks for stopping by! If you are inspired to make something using your team’s colors, please let me know, I’d love to check it outSmile

Hugs and Blessings

Lynnette

Supplies:

Stamps: Lawn Fawn (Frosties, Cozy Christmas, Teeny Tiny Backdrops)

Ink: Versamark, Memento

Other: Signo Pen, Sizzix tags die cut, Stampin’ Up punches (1 3/8 inch circle and scallop), Stmapin’ Up! Ribbon, Hero Arts gems, Papertrey Ink Buttons, DMC floss

Darling tags! Love the inspiration!! My 11 year old son is a huge Colts fan. When we moved from Las Vegas to Denver 3 years ago, he wanted to wear his Peyton Manning jersey to the first day of school. We tried to persuade him that it might not be a great idea in the land of Bronco's. His response was "Manning is worth getting beat up for!" LOL!

I saw the game and was thinking of you. It was painful to watch! They put up a good fight, though!
