Hoppy Halloween

Hi Friends

I hope you are doing well.  Our internet woes continue here, but I am trying to post from the iPad.  So this post is going to be short as it's kind of difficult for me to post on the blog from here.

I wanted to share a card using the fun new Hoppy Halloween set.

Isn't he just so fun.  This is such a cute little mini set.  I put him with Teeny Tiny Back drops.

Thanks for dropping in.

Lawn Fawn Release week

Hi Friends

I am late posting due to the internet difficulties.  We are previewing the new Lawn Fawn sets that were displayed during CHA.   This new release will not disappoint, there is lots of cuteness in store for you, and 2 new paper sets.

Today we are featuring the super fun sets, Happy Everything and a Little Birdie Told me.  This is what I came up with:

I'm ready for fall, so I think that's why I went with a Halloween card.  My hubby loved this card.  (He likes googlie eyes).

It was tough to photograph this card with the black cardstock.

Make sure to sign up for chances to win some goodies at the Lawn Fawn blog.

Birthday Unicorn

Hi Friends
I hope you are having a great week so far.
Just a quick post today to share a card that I made for the Hero’s Card drive that Laurel did.
I thought that this would be  sweet card for a parent to send back to his daughter for her birthday. Hopefully, a soldier will be putting it to good use.

Lawn Fawn and SRM stickers

Hi Friends and happy Friday!

I’m so excited about today’s post.  Lawn Fawn is partnering with SRM stickers.  So we received a bunch of fun SRM stickers to play with.  I decided to use one of the soon to be released Lawn Fawn sets, Hoppy Halloween.

I used the border stickers across the bottom. I think the bunny in this new set is so cute.

Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn Blog to see the other design team creations.

Just a reminder the Lawnscaping blog has a new challenge up and running, and it’s to create a single layer card.  I hope you join in, a Simon Says Stamp gift card will be given to the winner!

Floral Fusion

Hi Friends
I am sharing a card today that I made using the Deasy Design Floral Fusion stamp set.
I love flowers, leaves and those kind of stamps, so this set was right up my alley.

Lawnscaping Challenge

558323_4276772046371_1502520437_nHi Friends

Wow, it’s been a long time!  I’ve neglected the blog lately.  I’m back today to kick of a new Lawnscaping challenge!  This challenge is to make a one layer card. It’s sponsored by the fabulous online store Simon Says stamp

Simon Says Stamp will give away $25 shopping card to the winner of the challenge. They have a fabulous selection of stamping/papercrafting supplies which includes Lawn Fawn!

Finally, here’s my card:

Now, let me say this, I didn’t do the challenge correctly. I only realized this after I had made the card and didn’t have time to do one properly.  I thought that as long as we didn’t layer on the paper, we could pop up certain elements. Well, this goes to show another example of reading the details.  I was wrong, so don’t do what I did.  I plan to post another card that follows the rules.

In the meantime, here is a little card that almost follows the one layer rules (just pretend the bird-bath isn’t popped up). I used the Lawn Fawn Gnome Sweet Gnome set (which I cannot seem to get enough of these days!)

Thanks for stopping in, be sure to head to the Lawnscaping blog to see the other design team’s work. We hope you play along!
