Lawn Fawn My Lucky Charm

Hi Friends

I hope you are enjoying the Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week.  Sorry my blog posts have been so short, but this week has been a bit more hectic so far.

Today, we are featuring projects from the new set, My Lucky Charm.  It comes with a coordinating Lawn Cut set.

Here's what I created for today's project:

I used the new Pint Sized Patterns to create the card along with the Lawn Cuts (Stitched Squares, and Stitched Hillside Borders).  I also used a sentiment from Lucky Stars and some Lawn Trimmings to finish it off.

If you haven't already, be sure to stop by the Lawn Fawn Blog for more inspiration and chance at prizes.

Today, is the next day in the Lawn Fawn inspiration week. I'm featuring a project using the new patterned paper line, Pint Sized Patterns--Beach Side

I used a lot of the patterned paper from the pack on this card.  The patterns are so fun to use and work so well with card making.

Lawn Fawn Year 5

Hi Friends

I hope your week is going well. Today, we're kicking off another Lawn Fawn Inspiration week. This week begins with the Year 5 anniversary mini set.  This is SO ADORABLE with the otter.  I just love it.

Here's what I came up with:

I combined the cute otter with the Life is Good set.  I colored them with my Copics and used the negative Lawn Cuts Stitched Scalloped border to cut the waves.

Be sure to stop by the Lawn Fawn blog to see the rest of the design team's work and to sign up for chances at prizes.

Lawnscaping 102

Hi Friends

I hope you had a great weekend!  We had a busy one with some gorgeous spring weather.  Everyone in Indiana seems to be ready for spring to arrive because lots and lots of people were embracing the gorgeous weather.  Our two dogs loved it too because we took them for a nice walk.

Anyway, today is the beginning of a new Lawnscaping challenge.  This one being all about distressing.  It's sponsored by Lawn Fawn!

I decided I wanted to do something a little different for my project. So I distressed some paper (using   the following distress inks:  Scattered Straw, Tattered Rose, and Wild Honey), and then die cut it using the latest scripty lawn cuts (hugs) from Lawn Fawn

We sure hope you join in this fun challenge. There are so many fun ways to use your distress inks, and we can't wait to see them all.  If you haven't done so already, be sure to head over to the Lawnscaping blog to see the rest of the design team projects and for details on how to participate.

Lawn Fawn and Scrapbook Adhesives

Hi Friends

Happy Thursday, the weekend is in site.  What are your plans for the weekend? Do you have any crafty plans? One thing that is nice about the colder weather is that it's perfect for staying in and crafting.

This week Lawn Fawn and Scrapbook Adhesives are joining up to feature projects using their goodies.  I had so much fun with my card. I was playing and spent a lot of time with this one.

So obviously, there are a lot of layers and coloring.  A lot of times, I will just sit and color while we watch television, so I have a lot of colored images just waiting for a card.  I decided to dip into my colored images from Gleeful Gardens, and Let's Play.  I thought they would compliment each other in a scene.

I decided to do a side close up shot to show the layering and dimension of the card. I used the Scrapbook Adhesives foam squares and adhesive dots.  I love the popped up images, it adds so much.

Thanks for stopping by.

Love you so mush

Hi Friends

Hope you are having a great week.  I can't believe it's March already.  I just love the new Lawn Fawn stamps for the coming spring season.  They certainly are versatile and cheery.  I made this clean and simple card when playing with the new Gleeful Gardens stamps and thought I'd share.

Thanks for stopping by today.  I've been vowing to post more on the blog, so I hope to be more consistent with the posts.

Lawnscaping Challenge 101

Hey Friends

I hope you had a great weekend.  Indianapolis saw more snow arrive.  I have to admit, I kind of like being snowed in.

Today, starts a new Lawnscaping Challenge #101 and is sponsored by the Ellen Hutson.

This challenge is focused on dots and/or stripes. I decided to incorporate both in my project, and here's what I came up with:

Be sure to head to the Lawnscaping blog and see the rest of the design team projects. I hope you decided to join in on the challenge.
