I decided to play in the latest Embellish challenge. This is a stretch for me because I don’t do a lot of purple. I need to step out of my comfort zone more, so I decided this was a good challenge to work on branching out. This was the inspiration photo. (so pretty).
I love stripes, but I struggled with how to incorporate them into my card. Then a light-bulb went on in my head…. Use my Scor-Pal. Here is what I came up with:
I also dusted off my old crimping tool to put some stripes/texture on the brown strip of cardstock.
