Blogging and Color Challenge

I'm trying my hand at blogging. I tried it once before, but I didn't stick with it. I hope that this time I persevere a little more. (I did have a good excuse last year in that I got engaged and had to plan our wedding).

I hope to share some of my crafting creations on this blog. I love paper crafting and jewelry making, so I plan to share both along with snipets of life.

Please be patient with me as I am not super savvy with technology,
so this will be a learning process.

For my first post, I am sharing a card I created using Dawn McVey's color challenge.

Here is one of my cards (I actually made two), but this is my favorite one:

And a close up of the card:

Ingredients:

Stamps: Paper Tray: Damask Designs
Paper and Ink: Stampin'Up: So Saffron, Pumpkin Pie, Regal Rose, Whisper White, Basic Black (ink only)
Accessories: Stampin' Up Scalloped punch, Birds and Blooms Sizzlets, Big Shot, Regal Rose ribbon, Buttons Galore: Candy store, Martha Stewart: Butterfly Punch, Hero Arts: Gemstones

I hope you like, have a blessed day.

Tons of fun. I really like the buttons and the bling. Fabulous job with the color combo.

It's a good life!

Beautiful cad. I love the mix of colors in the background! Once you get in the habbit of blogging it's quite easy. Hope to see more of your beautiful creations.

Love your card...and congratulations on jumping into blogging again. I hope to do the same, but am not very technological either so the whole idea is a little scary to me. We'll see; maybe by the next color challenge. Looking forwad to seeing more of your creations.

I love your cards! I make cards as well, but I use my scrapbooking materials to do so. I have never done a lot in the way of rubber stamping, however it's beautiful. I am a fellow Christian, and once you get your site set up to accept followers and friends...I would love to support your site.
Be Blessed,
