CHA recovery

Hi Friends,

Sorry for the length between posts. Last week’s trip to CHA while fabulous was also draining. The heat has been tough, and couple that with long days (into the wee hours of the next morning) and walking the floors, makes Nette a tired girl.

I thought I’d share a fun Lawn Fawn card that I made for a friend celebrating a new job.

I thought it would be a fun whimsical card to celebrate a new job.  I love the My Mind’s Eye Lime Twist “Fly a kite” 6x6 paper pack.  LOVE. IT.  I say that a lot with My Mind’s Eye paper, I know.  I just thought the clouds from Bon Voyage and the kitty from Critters in the burbs went so well with the kite paper.  I customized the sentiment using Harold’s ABC’s.  (All stamps by Lawn Fawn).  I finally got my hands on the Fiskars grass punch which makes me so happy.  I just love this.  I finished it off with some Twine by Jillibean Soup.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hugs and blessings.

Nette

I have this paper pack and am hoarding the papers. :) However, your card is making me want to use some of it! Such a cute card....your friend is going to LOVE it!

It was awesome to see you this past weekend. I wish I would have gotten a picture of us together. Oh well, we'll just have to do it another time! :)

Such a cute card! I was torn between the grass & water punch... the water/waves won out because I had just gotten Critters in the Sea. The grass'll have to be my next purchase - it really seems like a necessity ;). Have an amazing day!
