Off the Wall Craftiness
Hi Friends,
This week’s Off the Wall Craftiness challenge colors are some of my absolute favorites! Check out this awesome color scheme
Are these just so bright and cheery??? What a fun shower color scheme, I love it!
This week we had the privilege of using some Plaid paints which are this week’s sponsor. I decided to make something different than a card for this challenge. I went with making a picture frame for a friend of mine’s daughter, Mia (whom some of you may remember me talking about before). Here’s my take on the challenge:
Seriously, how cute is Mia??? I’m going to give it to Demaree (Mia’s mom) the next time I see her. I think she’ll like it.
Be sure to check out the Off the Wall Craftiness blog to see the other designer’s take on the challenge and to get all the details on the prize package :)
Have an awesome weekend.

Great Job
HI Friends
Wow, this has been a hectic week. I just realized how long it’s been since I’ve posted something. It’s been even longer since I’ve made the rounds checking out your blogs. I look forward to seeing what you’ve been up to in your craft rooms!
Today’s card is one that I made for a pub call that wasn’t picked up. I thought that the typewriter image from the Lawn Fawn Just My Type set would make a cute card for a student who did well on a test, or a graduation card which is why I used the Cosmo Cricket Boyfriend paper (love those paper airplanes and then the old-school test paper just seemed to fit).
Hope you like! Be sure to check back tomorrow to see a new Off the Wall Craftiness Challenge. This week’s colors are gorgeous, some of my favs!
On another uncrafty related note, I’ll be attending the True Woman Conference here in Indianapolis beginning this evening. It’s all about biblical womanhood and what the bible calls women to be. I went two years ago, and it was such a blessing. This year, I have the privilege of attending with several women from my church and am so excited about it.
Have a blessed weekend friends.
Lynnette
(I’m in a rush today, if you have questions about supplies, please shoot me an email, and I’ll answer any questions! thanks)

Lawn Fawn Stamp winner
I'm back from my travels. I had to go to LA for business. This was my first trip to California, and it was a short trip.. flew in on Wednesday, meetings on Thursday and returned home on Friday. The best part of the trip was that I was able to meet up with Kelly Marie, Ms. Lawn Fawn herself for dinner. I also gt to meet Mike, (aka Mr. Lawn Fawn--heheehe). We went to a fun burger place, then to Starbucks where we got kicked out because they were closing. It was a quick visit, but so nice to get to see my wonderful friend.
Even when I get to do something fun on my business trips, I am always glad to come home. I love to come home and see my sweet hubby, and our 4 legged kids. Our dogs are always just so overjoyed when they see me after I've been gone. We had a fun but very busy weekend, and it felt so much shorter since I got home Friday evening. Much to my dismay, I didn't get any cards made over the weekend. This week will also be a busy one (more on that later), so I am going to be sneaking in craft time wherever I can fit it in :)
Since last week was a Lawn Fawn release week, I have a stamp set to give away. I had a total of 49 comments (thank you for those!) between Monday and Friday. I had my dear sweet hubby pick a number between 1 and 49, and he chose 39... and the winner is.... drumroll please.....
Christiana (you should all go check out her blog, lots of fun stuff)
Christiana, please send me an email (lkauffman1072@gmail.com) with your stamp choice from this latest release and your address. I'll get the order placed and on its way to you. I know you are going to have so much fun with whatever stamp set you choose. These are great sets!
Thanks all for checking in. Hope your week is off to a great start. I'll be posting some cards soon.
Hugs and blessings

Off the Wall Craftiness
Hi Friends,
How is your week? It’s been a busy one here at the blog, and today is no different. Today, I’m sharing a sample from the latest Off the Wall Craftiness challenge.
Kim’s done it again with another great color combo. Check out what she’s come up with
Pretty yummy, don’t you think? Here’s the card that I made for the challenge:
As you can tell, I’m still in the Lawn Fawn mode. I was having some mojo issues. Whenever that happens, I go back to some favorites. I hadn’t used Sew Lovely in a long time, so I decided to break it out for the challenge. Be sure to check out the Off the Wall Craftiness blog for the amazing prize package and to see the rest of the design team’s creations.
Sorry this is so brief, but I’m in the midst of last minute trip preparations. Thanks for stopping by, and remember that if you leave a comment between Monday and Friday of this week, you will have a chance to win one of the newest Lawn Fawn stamps!
Hugs

Everything but the Kitchen Sink
Hi Friends
It’s a two posting day today! Since it’s the 15th, that means it’s time for another Everything but the Kitchen Sink Sketch challenge.
Here’s my take on the sketch that Ann provided:
Because it’s a Lawn Fawn release week, I decided to use some new Lawn Fawn stamps for my card. Be sure to check the earlier post today here to see the latest Lawn Fawn preview.
Courtney has offered up a great prize package, full of Tattered Angel product. You’re definitely going to want to get your hands on this.
Be sure to check out the Everything but the Kitchen Sink Blog for all the information and to see the sketch from Ann.

Lawn Fawn Cozy Christmas
Hi!
How are you enjoying the previews? The sets are pretty amazing aren’t they?! Today, we get to show you cards from “Cozy Christmas”. And again, this set is so unique, you aren’t going to find anything else like it.
For my card, I went with a pretty simple idea in the thought that I could potentially mass produce this pretty easily. There is cutting and coloring, but, hey, I love that part of the card making process.
I will tell you all that my card barely scratches the surface on the adorable images contained in this set. Be sure to go to the Lawn Fawn blog to see the other designers’ work and get a fuller picture of all the images and sentiments in the set. You are just going to adore them:)
Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs and blessings,
Nette

Lawn Fawn Release time
Hi Friends!
It’s that time again.. Lawn Fawn is releasing three new stamps sets, and the previews start today! I think you are really going to like these sets, and I know I say that every month, but I really believe it. The sets this month are just awesome, I know you’re going to love them.
Today, I’m previewing Harvest Season. It’s perfect for Thanksgiving, and other autumn cards you need. (Fall birthdays, etc.) The images are just perfect, a nice mix of lined images for coloring, but also some solids for straight out stamping… Well, enough of me blabbering, here’s my card:
These are just a few of the images in the set. I used some of the solid leaves to emboss the green sheet of paper. Then I colored in the other leaf images and cornucopia. I love the sentiment. Be sure to go check out the Lawn Fawn blog to link up to the other designers, speaking of which, Kelly’s added a couple new design team members, so you won’t want to miss seeing their creations!. There’s also a chance to sign up for a chance to win some free stamps.
Speaking of free stuff, I’m going to do a giveaway again this month. Just comment between Monday and Friday for a chance to win. Yes, you can comment each day, but please only once a day ;) The winner will get to pick their choice of a new release stamp set.
On a side note, I have been extremely swamped lately with work, church, trying to exercise, and life. I’ve not been making my rounds on the blogs as much. I hop around at work sometimes on my lunch break, but often I am unable to comment from my work computer due to the way it’s configured. I wanted to tell you all this so that you know I’m thinking of you, and visiting. I just haven’t been commenting as much as I’d like. I promise to get caught up with your awesome creations (although it won’t likely be this week as I am traveling later in the week.) I appreciate you stopping by and absolutely love reading your comments and look forward to catching up with you soon.
Hugs and blessings.

It’s Kelly Marie’s Birthday!!!
Hi Friends,
Today is a special day... It's Kelly Marie's 30 th birthday. And it's a pleasure to participate in a blog hop celebrating Kelly Marie’s 30th birthday!
As you all know, Kelly is the face of Lawn Fawn Stamps. She is amazingly creative and just one of the most genuinely sweet people. When I started this blog, she was one of the first people I “met,” and we really connected through our blogs. She said to me once that blogging is like modern day pen-pals, and I think that is just a wonderfully appropriate analogy. In July, I got to meet her in person at CHA, and it was like getting together with an old friend, not like meeting someone for the first time.
I just want Kelly to know that I treasure her friendship and am so privileged to be part of her design team. I am truly blessed by this girl.
Now, since this is a card blog hop, I guess I should quit rambling and post the card I made for Kelly Marie…
As you can see, I used lots of Lawn Fawn goodness on this card… I brought out the Bake Me a Cake, Sophie’s sentiments and even Critters in the Burbs.
I wish Kelly the happiest of birthdays! Welcome to a new decade, girl :)
Next up on the blog hop is the fabulously talented Sarah Martina Parker… Please make sure to stop by Kelly Marie’s blog and wish her a wonderful birthday!
Hugs and blessings,
Lynnette

Off the Wall Craftiness Challenge
Hi there!
It’s time for another fun color challenge from Off the Wall Craftiness. Kim has come up with another beautiful combination for us. Check it out:
Here’s what I came up with..
I used the sketch from 2 Sketches for you as the basis for the layout of the card. I'm not too good at combining challenges, so I'm always happy when it works out. Here's the sketch from this week's challenge
I went with the wedding theme and brought out the Lawn Fawn Bake me a Cake set and Sophie’s Sentiments.
Kim’s got an amazing Sponsor this challenge.
Clear and Simple Stamps will be giving a $25 gift certificate to the winner of this week’s challenge! Woohoo. They have some great stamps, go check out their website and check out their wonderful selection of stamps.
Be sure to go to the Off the Wall Craftiness Blog to check out the rest of the Design Team’s creations and for the details of the challenge.
Thanks for stopping by!

Birthday Gift bag
Hi Friends!
I hope you are doing well. Don’t you just love short weeks? I mean, it’s Wednesday already?!
I had a busy day yesterday. Of course, I returned to work. After work, I went right to Zumba class, my second one. How many of you have done Zumba? It’s so much fun and such a great workout. I left dripping in sweat, raced home, showered and then met with my amazing small group for bible study.
Needless to say, I didn’t have any time for the craft room last night. I do have a gift bag to share with you.
I really enjoy making the gift bags, and then if you have a coordinating gift tag, it just rounds out the gift…. Of course, I don’t have a gift tag to share with this one, but maybe next time ;) Btw, isn’t it so cool how well the Lawn Fawn stamps coordinate together??? I just love that! It just increases your options for creating :)
Thanks for stopping by today.
Hugs and blessings

Mini Judy’s Blooms
Hi Friends!
How was your weekend? To my U.S. friends, did everyone enjoy their long weekend? Ours was so nice and relaxing. I was actually able to get caught up (and even a little ahead) on some things. Now, by this, I am talking about design work, not house work ;)
Today I am actually sharing two cards that weren’t picked up in some recent pub calls. This is fine, I will use them for cards to go with gifts:) I’ve shifted my strategy on submitting for publications. I only make cards now that I will send or use in some way. That way, if/when they aren’t picked up (or returned after the publication), they can be given to someone.
Anyway, here are the cards which feature a flower from Lawn Fawn’s Judy’s Blooms, as you may have guessed from the post title.
As you can see, they are very similar, just using different patterned paper.
Thanks for stopping by, have a wonderful Tuesday (that feels like a Monday).
Hugs and blessings,
Nette
Supplies:
Stamps: Lawn Fawn Judy’s blooms
Ink: Memento
Paper: Papertrey Ink; Stampin’ Up!
Patterned Paper: My Mind’s Eye

Off the Wall Craftiness
Hi All
Are you ready for a long weekend? I sure am:) Things have been hectic, and I’m looking forward to catching up in the ol’ Craftorium (as my husband likes to call my craft room).
Today is another round of the Off the Wall Craftiness challenge. Check out this cool color palette that Kim came up with.
So pretty, huh?? I think these colors so great together. Here’s what I came up with for the challenge:
I really love these colors together and am hoping to make another card using them :)
Before I forget she’s got another awesome sponsor, the Scarlet Lime. Check out this awesome prize package they are giving away to this week’s winner
Seriously??? HOw much cool stuff is in that package? Be sure to check out Kim’s blog for all the details and what the design team came up with.
Hugs and blessings
