Lawnscaping Challenge #49

Hi Friends

It’s time for a new Lawnscaping Challenge.  First one of the new year! Happy 2013.  Since it’s been 2 years since the start of the Lawnscaping Challenge, we are celebrating by having the challenge focus on Party projects.  Here’s what I came up with:
