Lawn Fawn My Silly Valentine

Hi Friends,

Happy Monday!  For those of us in the U.S., how come the long weekends go by so quickly? Oh my goodness, I cannot believe that the weekend is over already.  I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend, and for my friends from other countries, I hope you had a great weekend too!

Now, I am sure you are here to see a sample (or two—he he) from the upcoming Lawn Fawn release, so without further delay, I’d like to share some samples from “My Silly Valentine.”

You can see that I made a set of cards. This set is packed full of cute images with coordinating sentiments. It made me think of the cute little cards we gave out as little kids.  That was the thought that led to the set of cards. Here are some close up images:

I used patterned paper from the Olivia Basic Grey collection and Twine from the Twinery to complete these simple little cards.  I may give them to my nephew closer to Valentine’s Day for him to share with his friends or classmates.

Be sure to go to the Lawn Fawn Blog for a chance to win some free goodies. Also, check out the design team’s blogs for their inspiration:

  5. Oh gosh, I LOVE this new set, and thank you so much for giving us a sneak peak of what looks to be the whole set! These images and sentiments couldn't be cuter and I love the way you've designed these mini cards.

They'd be great as children's valentines, but also something sweet to tuck into hubby's lunchbox or hide in his briefcase or whatever the week leading up to Valentines or an Anniversary or something.

Thanks so much again for all the inspiration! You rock, Nette!
